REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT Dra. S. GRISELDA was established in 1991 as a public accounting firm providing business assurance services (audit), management consultant and taxation services.

The public accounting license was approved by Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in its approval letters No.SI-2172/MK.13/1991 and KEP-020/KM.17/1999. Our firm’s mission lies on quality services and adherences to prescribe profession standards.

Dra. S. Griselda merger with Drs. Wisnu Hermana, Ak, CPA and Puspita Arum Kamarati, MM, CPA and change the name from Public Accountant Dra.S. Griselda to become Certified Public Accountants Griselda, Wisnu & Arum.
The public accounting was incorporated as a limited liability company on October 15, 2010 in Jakarta, Indonesia, by notarial deed No. 31 of Jhonni M.Sianturi, SH and license was approved November 9, 2010 by Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in its approval letters No.1034/KM.1/2010. Our firm’s mission lies on quality services and adherences to prescribe profession standards.

He had work experiences such as audit board member of Bank Windu Kencana, finance Manager at Majalah Tempo, Chief of internal audit accountant & auditor at Drs. Paul Lembong, Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Drs. Sie & Co. with various client’s business field. He is currently a partner of Drs. Andi, Arifin, Amita, Wisnu & Rekan.

Puspita Arum Kamarati, MM., CPA
